Have had a lovely evening dining with friends. A well deserved rest after such a hectic week. It was my turn to do the driving, therefore no drinking. On arriving at the friends house, the pungent aroma of leaking gas hit the nostrils, so a call to the gas board was obviously necessary. Fortunately the source of the leak was quickly found to be in the middle of the road, unfortunately the road is being dug up right now (it is the middle of the night here) so we left before the neighbours found out that we were responsible!! 
I thought you might like to see one or two more images of last nights Arts Evening. These are photographs of 55 masks I have made with the students, great fun.
I took some students to the Matisse Exhibition at the Royal Academy in London, and this student was heavily influenced by his work. These are some self portraits she has developed. I think they are fantastic.
When I finally arrived home tonight, guess who I found on the rampage in my studio? Yes that's him, perched on my filofax, looking totally innocent.

Have been asked about the students whose work is in the exhibition. there is a full age range from 11 - 18 years. Some is exam work, GCSE and AS and A2 (A levels).Maggie
Wonder how those neighbours would have felt had you not reported the gas leak, Maggie?
